This thirty minute session opens up the chakras and helps to balance the body. Incorporates some neck and shoulder work as well as a soothing face massage. This technique has evolvedfrom traditional techniques practiced in India as part of family rituals passed down from mother to daughter for thousands of years.

Half Hour Vita-Flex $ 65

Vita-Flex means "vitality through the reflexes" and utilizes the natural bio-electric current of the body. Specific points on the feet will be stimulated to increase circulation and provoke a healing response. Similar to reflexology, your session can be customized for the sinus, lungs, bronchials, colon clearing, ears, head & brain or lymph system. Vitaflex may also be done on the head which stimulates the scalp and brain points. This is a wonderful technique for headaches or the release of stress. Vita-Flex may also be incorporated into a thirty or sixty minute massage.

Raindrop Technique -70 min  $130

This purpose of raindrop technique is to stimulate every organ, muscle and bone of the body at a cellular level through the application of essential oils and Vita-Flex, boosting the immune system, bringing the body into structural/electrical balance, and enabling the release of toxins wherever they may be logdged - including those in the emotions.
