Maria G. Turchi, NCTMB, AMTA

Maria G. Turchi, NCTMB, AMTA, received a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Baruch College and as a graduate of Healing Hands Institute in Westwood, NJ, is certified in Therapeutic Massage, Medical Massage, Sports Massage, Pre- and Post Natal Massage, Shiatsu, Reflexology and Neuroanatomy. She is nationally certified through the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCTMB) and a professional member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA).

Maria is a certified Raindrop Technique practitioner, and has completed training on Essential Oil Chemistry, Healing Oils of The Bible and Emotional Release with essential oils. In addition, Maria has been trained in Massage for People with Disabilities.

After working as an accountant for 20 years, Maria began her work with essential oils and massage therapy while working on her son who has Down syndrome and searching for ways to strengthen his immune system. This rewarding work has evolved into offering massage and wellness consulting to a diverse clientele including children with disabilities.

Maria travels internationally, lecturing and teaching both health-care professionals and the general public about the benefits of essential oil therapy. Maria offers workshops which include the history and use of essential oils, integrating essential oils into massage, using essential oils with children, raindrop technique training and practical massage applications.
